    Too bad you put an age limit on this. My son was diagnosed with T1D when he was 11. He is now 23 and on a pump. I don’t understand the “qualifications”. If you have T1D you will always have it, unfortunately the children that have survived their juvenile status now are more able to be denyied health care. This is the future of those that have a disease that for the most part is seen by society as a dietary issue. I wish great luck to Kady, hopefully all children will be “picked” , just wish it had been my son.
