was published on December 1.

We remain
encouraged by the draft guidance thus far and hope you are too! We would not be
analyzing this draft guidance if it wasn’t for all of your hard work and the
strong support of your Member(s) of Congress. We thank you again for your help
and ask that you send an e-mail to your legislator(s) who encouraged the FDA to
issue prompt and appropriate guidance on artificial pancreas technologies. (It’s optional, but we love
