Thanks to your feedback we found out that some advocate families were having issues submitting a 2011 Children’s Congress application. This is due to difficulty they encountered in uploading a picture of the quality that was asked for in the application. We don’t want families to miss out on the opportunity to submit a CC11 application because of this issue.
