JDRF President and CEO Jeffrey Brewer invites you to apply for JDRF's Children's Congress 2011.

Children that have type 1 diabetes and are between the ages of 4 and 17 on June 20, 2011 are eligible to apply. Applications are due by Monday, October 4 2010, so visit http://cc.jdrf.org/ to learn more and apply today!
