ok for the super bowl i bought alot of chips and made a huge chip bowl like this was like 10 bags lays frietos etc ate like a decent amaont and il feel sick and its been like a day my blood sugar is in range a little off in the 120- 150 and im just nervous that i messed up my systym or something cause...

I was just wondering if anyone else has alot of anxiety about lows. I was never really an anxious person before i had diabetes but now its kind of bad sometimes. I get really anxious that im going to have lows in public places. Especially in class at school. I dont like checking my blood sugar in a small...
