Thank you so much! :)
I'm so happy my little post had an effect :)
You have an amazing voice Erica! keep it up:)
I also love to sing and play the guitar. Music is a great way to escape and completely be yourself. I have always found singing to be helpful, because there is a song out there for every mood you could possibly be in:) and if not, you can make one! music about your struggles and success is always helpful for me:) instead of a "running high," i guess its kind of like a "music high."
New song! Check out my original as well :)
Let's make a difference! <3
i also love music! i have been playing piano now for eight years, trombone for six, and i now have been playing in the marching, jazz, and concert for two, and also violin for two years. i love it so much! i agree, it's an way to escape from not only just diabetes, but the whole world together. just to sit down and play makes you forget about everything. by the way, awesome idea on putting songs on itunes and giving it to JDRF!! :) and you're an excellent musician :)
I am 12 and love both trombone and piano. Been playing for two years and wrote three short original songs. A great website for people looking for piano songs is classpiano.com. Lots of pop music.

Erica, you have an amazing voice! I've been playing guitar, piano and singing since I was 5 years old. I've written a few songs if you'd like to hear them one day

you are an amazing singer! and i've been playing piano since i was seven and am now sixteen, i also play trombone in my high school marching band, jazz band, and concert band, also a community college band, and i also play violin , i've been playing for three years now. i find that music helps me get through not only diabetes, but just every day life. it really is therapy. i'm actually wanting to go to college and major in music therapy. it's amazing , i don't know what i would do without it in my life!
This is awesome, DDrumminMan! You really have a lot of talent.
Thanks Allie! Thats really awesome! You have a lot of instruments, you'll have no problem getting into a music school. Music really is therapy. I hope your dreams come true! :)
First of all, you have a beautiful voice and a lot of musical talent. I played piano from 8-12, after that I took up the snare drum and mallets in the school band, which I have been playing for 4 years and since have added he drumset and the guitar, as well as many minor auxillary percussion instruments, and i find that it is a great release of stress for me.
