Hi everyone,
I just joined this group and was glad to see that I'm not the only T1 interested in pregnancy.
I've used the pump for 12 years and I just started using the CGM and I like it - I think it might really help get my A1C lower. I'm really excited about the possibility of conceiving, but my husband is still unsure - worried about the high risk pregnancy thing. Have any of you dealt with a reluctant partner, and how did you work through it?

YAY and welcome! I brought DH with me to meet the high-risk OB ("MFM") for the pre-pregnancy counseling my endo recommended. He and I both left very encouraged. I asked her outright: "Will my child have terrible birth defects?" and felt comforted by her response. You def want him on board because it will be a lot of work for BOTH of you (night checks and lows, tons of appts, etc.). But, so worth it of course. (:
