I wrote this post for my blog Collegeveganista and thought I'd share it here too. I've been doing a sugar-free, gluten-free, alcohol-free, vegan cleanse for the past 21 days. I've had the tightest blood sugar control I've ever had and felt so great from all the healthy eating (insane amounts of vegetables and brown rice!)

Very cool - I eat Paleo which is similar (though we embrace meat, it is a LOT of veg, gluten (grain and seed) free - but both are non-processed food approaches with a focus on sustainable food supplies.
Great to see you getting such good results and I love to see the way changes in diet and patterns impact folks (especially with this disease).
