Tired of my CGM hanging and i hate adhesives!
Kaelyn
I have a CGM and really like it, but i HATE wearing the adhesives over it. The CGM is so small and once i put the adhesive over it, it looks like I just had surgery. I hate this especially in the summer. I get way more questions when its all bandaged. Also the adhesive gets all gross, grey and peels...

Holding the CGM in place
Heather Guy
Hey all, I've been on my CGM for about a month or so and I use the Minimed Revel system. They gave me some of those IV adhesive things and some tegaderm ones to go over the sensor and transmitter to hold it in place. Anytime I shower though, the adhesive comes off, and therefore, so does the bandage...

Dexcom vs MiniMed Alarms
ScottChesney
Hey all - I've been a happy user of Dexcom for years now. It's time to get a new pump and CGMS so I'm considering switching to MiniMed. Having only one device on my belt would be convenient. But the main reason I'm considering switching is that the Dexcom alarm doesn't wake up at...

Comparing CGMs - What are the differences?
JDVsMom
So I've been searching the various threads looking for comparisons and feel like which I know which CGM seems to get the highest reviews. But if you have used or tried more than one of the different CGMs (Dexcom, Medtronic, or Freestyle or other?) and can actually compare them, I would really appreciate...

Where do you wear your pump/sensor?
Rich
I have only seen a few other people wear their pump clipped to a belt or pocket. Since I started using a pump in 2002 and a CGM last fall, I've always clipped them to my belt. I am curious about how others wear your devices and if you are ever asked "...what is THAT?"

Another day with the cgms
infogirl
So my cgm ended late last night, and I decided to charge it up overnight so I wouldn't have to be awake for hours trying to get it calibrated before bedtime. Here's been my day so far. I got up at 9 and checked my blood sugar. It was a little high, but I knew if I corrected it, I'd have to...
