Valentines treat with Type 1 and Celiac?!

Who has a good treat out there for Valentine's with Celiac and Type 1 Diabetes? I prefer natural sweeteners but also no gluten in this house. Trying to maintain fun on the holidays is always important when a child has both of these autoimmune diseases. Please share any ideas! Thanks, Jewels
