And so it begins... holiday get togethers, work parties and all the added stress for this special time of year. Let's begin to share with each other things that work for us and help us stay in charge of our bodies. Not only the challenges with food, but some of us may experience family members or friends that like to get an update on our health when they see us. Although we often cannot change others' diabetes etiquette, we can help ourselves and each other make the holidays bittersweet without being constantly reminded of the big D.
