I dont bother much with low carb snacks just bolus when I eat. my mom is good at checking me. to make sure or she buys me budding meat packs n i eat them up!! YUMMY

Try making a low carb wrap.
using large flat Lettuce (or some other leafy green like spinach) instead of a wrap. You can fill it with whatever low carb options you want such as shredded carrots, hummus, deli meat, cheese, or really anything you want! Jimmy Johns make a good version of this with their "un-wich" just be careful of hidden carbs.
Also if your job is heavy duty u=you should probably eat something with carbs so that you can convert that into energy to get you through the day with out suffering lows. Just make sure that the carbs you do eat have some nutritional value and aren't merely empty carbs.
Also use crystal light and Popsicle molds to create you own truly sugar free popsicles in whatever flavor you want!
I haven't tried this yet but I am going to try making popsicles like his with tea. Hopefully it will turn out well!
