&lt;p&gt;I don&amp;#39;t really struggle as much as the entries in this blog might seem to indicate. My diabetes has been in decent control for over 24 years, with no complications. I hope, and expect, that to continue.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;And, I&amp;#39;m seriously not one to talk (see my blog entry), but maybe you should switch to the pump?? &amp;nbsp;You seem to struggle! &amp;nbsp;I&amp;#39;ve never used Lantus, only Humalin N, but there long-acting insulins can be kinda surprising, and you might need the one-insulin-only consistency of a pump, huh??&lt;/p&gt;
