How do I loose weight? It's just not going away!

I have been trying to loose weight for about 6 months! I workout routinely, count carbs, count calories, the whole nine yards. I follow them religiously and I am still not loosing weight:( I don't know what to do. T1D since 2000 Minimed Insulin Pump since 2003

Yes I would definitely discuss the matter with your health care professional, especially if you are considering changing your insulin doses. I'm not sure how different it is for adults but; my son's doses (basal rates, he's on a pump) do not get changed unless his doctor tells me to change...
