Check out the NEW JDRF Advocacy Website

There’s quite a bit going on here in the JDRF Government
Relations office in Washington, DC!

Earlier this week we
blogged [fix link] about how we would be sharing some facts, figures and images highlighting the benefits of the
Special Diabetes Program on our Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest pages.  We’ll continue posting these pieces for the
next few days as we prepare for an important call-to-action scheduled for World
Diabetes Day on November 14th.

In addition to all of the activity taking place in our
social media world, we’ve been hard at work creating a brand new Special Diabetes
Program website. I’m pleased to announce that the site is now live and ready
for you to check it out!  You can access
the site at: [insert bit.ly link]
And check back often because we’re adding to it every day!

We’ll need you, your friends, family and others
in the DOC to pick up the phone and call Congress on World Diabetes Day next week about renewing the Special Diabetes Program. Please use this
time to head on over to our new site and brush up on the Special
Diabetes Program
. Check out some screenshots of the fancy new site below! Be sure to let us know what you think of the new site in the comments section below.

And remember, Don’t Stop Now. Renew the SDP.
